Client Services Officer - Accommodation (CSO-A)

The role of the CSO-A works as part of the Client Services Team in providing case management within Twenty10's practice framework including client centred and strengths based practice. This position primarily works with clients accessing our specialist homelessness service program and supported accommodation. Involvement in client services includes triage, assessment, intake, case planning / work, review and group work.

The CSO-A also participates in community capacity building and education projects. All Client Services Team members are provided with individual supervision, clinical consultation and professional development opportunities.

All staff of Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW are asked to sign and abide by the Twenty10 inc GLCS NSW Code of Values and Ethics and must successfully pass a Working With Children check prior to the commencement of employment.

The role is permanent (subject to continued funding), part-time at 72 hours a fortnight and is classified at Grade 4 on the NSW SCHADS Award. Salary sacrificing is available.

Counsellor (Youth Focused) - 6 Month Contract

The role of the Counsellor provides individual and group therapeutic counselling, intervention strategies and mediation services, primarily to young people 12 to 25 years old of diverse genders, sexualities or intersex variations, and their families. This position also has capacity to work with people over 25 subject to accreditation with Access to Allies Physiological Services (ATAPS).

The Counsellor also assists in developing therapeutic support resources and participates in community and organisational capacity building initiatives.

The role is a 6 month Contract with ongoing potential subject to continued funding, part-time at 72hours a fortnight and is classified at Grade 5 on the NSW SCHADS Award. Salary sacrificing is available.
