twenty10 – a place to be you

The Youth Accommodation Association (YAA) would like to invite all young people experiencing homelessness to come along to a consultation day on the 10th August and have their say!

The consultation day will be held in conjunction with YAA's regular general meeting and they will be consulting on a number of issues, including couch surfing. Alongside the youth consultations, they will also be running consultations with YAA members.
Representatives from HousingNSW will be attending the consultation day to hear feedback from young people on the priorities in the HousingNSW Youth Action Plan. This will be a great opportunity for young people to directly influence HousingNSW policies and actions that affect young people!

Veronica Penna from the Premier's Council and three other young people from the Consumer Advisory Council will be assisting with the consultations and speaking at the event.
