Queer Prom: what a Good (& Evil) Night!

The 2009 Queer Prom was a great night held on Friday 3rd April. Everyone got into the theme, Good & Evil, in a big way. There were heaps of angel wings (but not all attached to Angels!), a priest or two, the Joker, comic heroes, bats and quite a few princes and princesses!

Seven young people worked with our chef, Claire de Lune, to create a very special three course meal, which was served to our guests on the night. The young participants not only learn great skills about the restaurant trade, but they also learn impressive, yet easy to make, dishes which they can serve family and friends.
