Twenty10's counselling program is an opportunity for you to talk about what's going on in your life in a safe environment. It is a great place to explore feelings, thoughts and dreams.

Why counselling?

All sorts of things can be talked about in counselling.

You may have already spent some time thinking about your sexuality, gender or both. Maybe you have some questions to ask, things to think through, or you may like some space to explore what's going on.

You may be having fights with friends, worried about school or exams, or perhaps you've just been feeling down and don't know why. When you meet with a Counsellor at Twenty10 you set the agenda and start making sense of whatever feels too big to deal with alone.

Is counselling available for families?

Sometimes family and friends may also need time and a place to assist them to understand what your sexuality and gender may mean for them, or to work through conflict you may all be going through.

Twenty10 counselling is for families too, a place where all family members are treated with respect and non-judgement.

Counselling now available in the Parramatta area

Do you live in the Western Sydney area? You may find it more convenient to meet our counsellor near Parramatta.

Every fortnight on a Monday, our counsellor will be based at High Street Youth Health Centre in Harris Park, just a 7 minute walk from Parramatta Station (or an even quicker walk from Harris Park Station). We are very glad to be able to offer this option, as getting all the way to Newtown can sometimes be difficult.

High Street Youth Health Centre can be found at 65 High Street, Harris Park.
