We celebrated community, friends, and milestones together this past SAT 18 NOV!

This year we wrapped up Trans Awareness Week, with a community celebration at the beautiful National Art School, reconnecting with friends both old and new for some important miles for Twenty10 as a community and organisation.

We were joined by past workers, Board members, volunteers, supporters, and even current service users, sharing in some a delicious charcuterie board, freshly made paella, and refreshing drinks! We also were incredibly grateful for a Welcome to Country with Nana Miss Koori, and enjoyed wonderful musical performances from Fetu Taku, May Teleiai, & Lyla and AJ Stanton, listened to an incredibly poignant spoken word performance from Constance, and vibed to the good sounds from DJ duo Annabelle and Lorna!

A big thank you to our Board Chair, Mon Schafter, and MP Alex Greenwich, for their touching words reflecting on the history of Twenty10 as an organisation, including GLCS and our many iterations.

It was such an important moment for Twenty10 to reflect on where we started, where we are now, and where we’re hoping to grow in the future.

And also thank you to Luke John Matthew Arnold for the beautiful artwork!
