Twenty10’s Prism LGBTIQA+ Training: Affirmative Practice and Advocacy is our industry leading training designed for organisations to build capacity in working affirmatively with LGBTIQA+ people. Prism training helps you grow your knowledge of LGBTIQA+ experiences and language, and better understand health and wellbeing in our communities. It also builds your confidence in ensuring LGBTIQA+ people to feel safe, affirmed and supported in your organisation.

Twenty10 has a decades-long history in Sydney as a specialised youth homelessness service for LGBTIQA+ young people in NSW. Our Prism LGBTIQA+ training draws from the wealth of experience of our staff and the lived expertise of the young people we support, whilst also engaging contemporary conversations and your organisational context. Our experienced trainers take a facilitation approach that is non-judgmental, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and supportive of diverse learning styles and knowledge sharing.
