Twenty10’s intake and referral service is for young LGBTIQA+ people in NSW, their family, friends, teachers, and other people in their lives.
Your enquiry will be handled by a client services officer who can give you information on the services Twenty10 offers (and start you on your journey), or direct you to other supports available such as resources and services in your area.
The intake and referral service is usually open 1PM to 3PM, Tuesday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays and end of year shut down). You can call and leave us a voicemail or send us an email outside that time, and we will get back to you within 24 business hours.

Twenty10 does not provide short-term, emergency or crisis accommodation.
If this sounds like your situation, then the best place to call is Link2Home 1800 152 152, the homelessness line for NSW. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and should be able to assist you in finding a bed for the night.
NSW Department of Communities & Justice provides emergency temporary accommodation in low-cost hotels, motels, caravan parks and similar accommodation for people who are homeless or experience a housing crisis.
